Otsuka Pharmaceutical subsidiary Nutrition & Santé (N&S), has reached an agreement to acquire BIOCENTURY, a leading Spanish health 1xbet 등록 functional foods company.

Through this acquisition, N&S will become the top purveyor 1xbet 등록 slimming foods in Spanish supermarkets.

BIOCENTURY was established in 1980 upon the philosophy that 'Eating well helps people to improve their health & beauty.'
