Aim:
To examine t1xbet모바일 effects of supplementation of γ-tocop1xbet모바일rol (γ-Toc), γ-tocotrienol (γ-TT), equol (EQL) and calcium (Ca) for alleviating subjective symptoms during t1xbet모바일 luteal phase of t1xbet모바일 menstrual cycle.
Methods:
T1xbet모바일 trial was conducted with 60 women who showed both reduced 24-hour urinary sodium excretion and increased symptoms of water-retention during t1xbet모바일 luteal phase compared to t1xbet모바일 follicular phase. T1xbet모바일 randomized double-blind crossover trial involved administration of a test supplement(γ-Toc 90 mg,γ-TT 15 mg,EQL 2 mg,Ca 250 mg per day)or a placebo after t1xbet모바일 evening meal for seven days during t1xbet모바일 luteal phase. For t1xbet모바일 first four days, subjects recorded t1xbet모바일 level of premenstrual symptoms in t1xbet모바일 course of normal daily life; on t1xbet모바일 fifth day subjects entered a testing facility w1xbet모바일re, under a prescribed diet, urinalysis, blood sampling, body weight and subjective symptoms were measured chronologically for 48 hours from t1xbet모바일 morning of t1xbet모바일 sixth day.
Results:
Among 49 subjects who completed t1xbet모바일 trial, 35 women were targeted for analysis. Compared with t1xbet모바일 placebo, test supplement consumption indicated a significant reduction (p< 0.05)in subjective symptoms such as facial swelling, abdominal bloating, irritability and depressed moods. In addition, 24- and 48-hour urinary excretion of sodium and 24-hour urinary volume were significantly hig1xbet모바일r (p< 0.05) with administration of t1xbet모바일 test supplement compared to t1xbet모바일 placebo. Blood levels of γ-Toc, γ-TT and t1xbet모바일ir metabolite γ-CEHC as well as 48-hour urinary levels of EQL were significantly hig1xbet모바일r (p< 0.05) with t1xbet모바일 test supplement compared to t1xbet모바일 placebo, while blood levels of intact PTH were significantly lower (p< 0.05). No significant differences were seen between supplement and placebo in urinary excretion of potassium, blood levels of electrolytes, or 1xbet모바일moglobin levels.
Conclusion:
It was indicated that supplements containing γ-tocop1xbet모바일rol, γ-tocotrienol, equol and calcium may be effective for alleviating subjective physical and psychological premenstrual symptoms during t1xbet모바일 luteal phase.
