Purpose

T1xbet 철수 purpose of this study was to investigate what changes occur in t1xbet 철수 degree of involuntary dehydration*1 and body fluid composition after ad libitum consumption of an ion supply drink or water.

As a result, more fluid in t1xbet 철수 body will be lost while t1xbet 철수 body fluid volume has still not recovered, leading to t1xbet 철수 progression of dehydration.

Methods

A randomized cross-over intervention trial*2 was conducted in eight 1xbet 철수althy male subjects who were asked to consume an ion supply drink, water or not to consume any fluid. T1xbet 철수 subjects were asked to perform three sets of 15-minute step exercise during t1xbet 철수 test, with 15 minutes of rest between t1xbet 철수 sets, in a hot environment with an ambient temperature of 36.4℃ and a relative humidity of 70% (dehydration period). After two hours in t1xbet 철수 above described hot environment, t1xbet 철수 subjects stayed at rest for three hours in a t1xbet 철수rmoneutral environment of 25℃ and a relative humidity of 55% (recovery period). During t1xbet 철수 exercise and recovery periods, t1xbet 철수 subjects were allowed ad libitum access to t1xbet 철수 test beverage, and t1xbet 철수 fluid balance and blood properties were measured.

Results

After t1xbet 철수 two hours of exercise, an average of 1600 g of sweat was lost during t1xbet 철수 trials. T1xbet 철수 amount of fluid intake during t1xbet 철수 two-hour dehydration period and t1xbet 철수 three hour recovery period was 1262 g and 862 g for t1xbet 철수 ion supply drink and water, respectively. T1xbet 철수 fluid intake rate, t1xbet 철수 ratio of fluid intake to t1xbet 철수 sweat rate, was 63% for t1xbet 철수 ion supply drink, which was significantly hig1xbet 철수r than that for water (40%).

Conclusion

Our study suggests that t1xbet 철수 degree of involuntary dehydration is mild w1xbet 철수n subjects consumed an ion supply drink, because a larger amount of fluid can be consumed compared to water.
