Purpose

Methods
A randomized cross-over intervent1xbet 철수 trial*2was conducted in eight healthy male subjects who were asked to consume an ion supply drink, water or not to consume any fluid. 1xbet 철수 subjects were asked to perform three sets of 15-minute step exercise during 1xbet 철수 test, with 15 minutes of rest between 1xbet 철수 sets, in a hot environment with an ambient temperature of 36.4℃ and a relative humidity of 70% (dehydration period). After two hours in 1xbet 철수 above described hot environment, 1xbet 철수 subjects stayed at rest for three hours in a 1xbet 철수rmoneutral environment of 25℃ and a relative humidity of 55% (recovery period). Results
After 1xbet 철수 two hours of exercise, an average of 1600 g of sweat was lost during 1xbet 철수 trials. 1xbet 철수 amount of fluid intake during 1xbet 철수 two-hour dehydration period and 1xbet 철수 three hour recovery period was 1262 g and 862 g for 1xbet 철수 ion supply drink and water, respectively. 1xbet 철수 fluid intake rate, 1xbet 철수 ratio of fluid intake to 1xbet 철수 sweat rate, was 63% for 1xbet 철수 ion supply drink, which was significantly higher than that for water (40%).

Our study suggests that 1xbet 철수 degree of involuntary dehydration is mild when subjects consumed an ion supply drink, because a larger amount of fluid can be consumed compared to water.
