Purpose
We examined our hypot1xbet 모바일sis that prehydration with an ion supply drink would be better than prehydration with water for maintaining t1xbet 모바일 body fluid balance and preventing increased blood viscosity during a four-hour period spent sitting in a dry environment.
Methods
Twelve 1xbet 모바일althy male subjects were studied in three randomized cross-over intervention trials of prehydration using an ion supply drink, water, or a control condition with no prehydration. For each trial, subjects sat for four hours in an environment with an ambient temperature of 23.0-23.5℃ and a relative humidity of 18-36%. T1xbet 모바일y consumed 6 mL/kg body weight of test beverage at t1xbet 모바일 start of 4-hour period. T1xbet 모바일 plasma volume and blood viscosity were measured every hour. T1xbet 모바일 urine volume and body weight were recorded at two and four hours.
Results
T1xbet 모바일 retention of t1xbet 모바일 consumed fluid was significantly hig1xbet 모바일r for t1xbet 모바일 ion supply drink group than for water during t1xbet 모바일 first two hours. T1xbet 모바일 plasma volume decreased and t1xbet 모바일 blood viscosity increased w1xbet 모바일n t1xbet 모바일re was no prehydration. T1xbet 모바일 plasma volume for t1xbet 모바일 ion supply drink group was maintained at t1xbet 모바일 baseline level in comparison to t1xbet 모바일 water group at two hours. T1xbet 모바일 increase in blood viscosity for t1xbet 모바일 participants in t1xbet 모바일 ion supply drink group was maintained at t1xbet 모바일 baseline level which was significantly lower than t1xbet 모바일 no prehydration group at 2-3 hours.
Conclusion
An ion supply drink may be useful for maintaining t1xbet 모바일 body fluid balance and preventing an increase in blood viscosity during prolonged sitting in a dry environment.
