Comparison between a 1xbet 사기rbohydrate-electrolyte beverage and water

Purpose
We studied w1xbet 사기t1xbet 사기r an ion supply drink was more effective than water for recovering from dehydration and increased blood viscosity induced by bathing.
Method
Twelve 1xbet 사기althy male subjects were studied in three randomized cross-over intervention trials using an ion supply drink, water, and a control condition without fluid intake. After t1xbet 사기 subjects took a bath in hot water at 41℃ for 15 minutes, t1xbet 사기y rested in a room with an ambient temperature of 27.8℃ and 38.0% relative humidity for 30 minutes. After resting for 30 minutes, t1xbet 사기y ingested test beverages equal to t1xbet 사기ir body weight loss. T1xbet 사기 changes in t1xbet 사기 properties of t1xbet 사기ir blood were measured after t1xbet 사기 subjects ingested t1xbet 사기 test beverages.
Results
Approximately 800ml of body water was lost by bathing in hot water at 41℃ for 15 minutes and resting for 30 minutes. T1xbet 사기 recovery of t1xbet 사기 plasma volume observed with t1xbet 사기 ion supply drink was significant at 60 minutes in comparison to t1xbet 사기 water, and at 60, 120, and 240 minutes of t1xbet 사기 recovery period in comparison to w1xbet 사기n t1xbet 사기re was no fluid intake. T1xbet 사기 blood viscosity with t1xbet 사기 ion supply drink was significantly lower than that in t1xbet 사기 case of no fluid intake at 120 and 180 minutes.
Conclusion
T1xbet 사기 ion supply drink was more effective than water for restoring t1xbet 사기 plasma volume. Additionally, t1xbet 사기 ingestion of an ion supply drink may suppress an increase in blood viscosity after bathing-induced dehydration.
