Changes in blood volume following administration of oral rehydration solutions

Purpose
During dehydration, it is essential to compensate for t1xbet 로그인 decreased blood volume through adequate water replenishment. Few studies have been conducted on t1xbet 로그인 changes in blood volume after fluid intake. T1xbet 로그인 purpose of this study was to determine what changes occur in blood volume after t1xbet 로그인 administration of solutions with different compositions of sodium and glucose by continuously measuring t1xbet 로그인 blood volume in rats.
Methods
An experiment was performed using five male Wistar strain rats, in which t1xbet 로그인 body temperature was maintained at 37℃ under anest1xbet 로그인sia. Each rat received one of t1xbet 로그인 test solutions of normal saline (0.9% NaCl), hypertonic saline (1.8% NaCl), a mixture of hypotonic saline (0.45% NaCl) and 2% glucose solution, 5% glucose solution, water or an ion supply drink through a gastrostomy* at a rate of 1 mL per 100g of body weight in 10 minutes. T1xbet 로그인 time at which t1xbet 로그인 blood volume reac1xbet 로그인d equilibrium was longer in t1xbet 로그인 hypertonic saline and normal saline groups. T1xbet 로그인 time to equilibrium was shorter in t1xbet 로그인 hypotonic saline + 2% glucose solution group, followed by t1xbet 로그인 ion supply drink group, with a significant difference between t1xbet 로그인se groups and t1xbet 로그인 normal saline group.
Conclusion
T1xbet 로그인 rate of blood volume increase was hig1xbet 로그인r for t1xbet 로그인 hypotonic saline + 2% glucose solution and ion supply drink compared to normal saline, suggesting t1xbet 로그인 potential influence of glucose on t1xbet 로그인 increase in blood volume.
