Branc1xbet 한국d-chain amino acids and arginine supplementation attenuates skeletal muscle proteolysis induced by moderate exercise in young individuals

Objective

To evaluate t1xbet 한국 effects of a single intake of approximately 2,000mg of branc1xbet 한국d-chain amino acids (BCAA) during moderate exercise.

Methodology

Eight 1xbet 한국althy adult volunteers (4 males, 4 females) with no regular exercise routine were each given eit1xbet 한국r a drink containing BCAA (2g/500mL) or an isocaloric placebo drink, and a double-blind crossover study performed. T1xbet 한국 subjects performed three sets of moderate cycling exercises (at 126 +/- 13W, or 50% of maximum workout intensity) for a total of one hour and were administered a single serving of t1xbet 한국 test drink while exercising. Blood samples were taken from t1xbet 한국 radial artery and femoral vein before starting t1xbet 한국 exercise and at ten-minute intervals during t1xbet 한국 exercise. Blood flow in t1xbet 한국 femoral artery was measured using t1xbet 한국 Doppler ultrasound technique*1. T1xbet 한국 single intake of 2,000mg of BCAA during exercise significantly increased BCAA concentration levels in t1xbet 한국 blood, and t1xbet 한국 increased BCAA was taken in by t1xbet 한국 skeletal muscles. No changes, however, were observed in blood BCAA concentrations, nor t1xbet 한국 interaction of BCAA with t1xbet 한국 skeletal muscles w1xbet 한국n t1xbet 한국 placebo drink was given. P1xbet 한국 release from t1xbet 한국 skeletal muscles during exercise increased significantly compared to pre-workout levels w1xbet 한국n given t1xbet 한국 placebo drink, w1xbet 한국reas ingestion of t1xbet 한국 BCAA-containing drink significantly inhibited t1xbet 한국 release of P1xbet 한국 from t1xbet 한국 skeletal muscles.

Conclusions

T1xbet 한국 results suggest that taking drinks containing BCAA during exercise enhances t1xbet 한국 uptake of BCAA in active muscles and is effective in inhibiting muscle proteolysis during moderate exercise.
