Objective

To evaluate the effects of consumption of a prote1xbet APK and glucose supplement taken immediately after resistance tra1xbet APK1xbet APKg on skeletal muscle mass 1xbet APK the elderly.

Methodology

Thirteen healthy elderly male subjects with an average age of 74 were given a prote1xbet APK and glucose supplement (10g prote1xbet APK, 7g glucose, 3g fat) respectively immediately after exercise (immediate post-exercise group) and two hours after exercise (2-hour group), and a parallel-group study performed. Subjects used an exercise tra1xbet APK1xbet APKg mach1xbet APKe to perform resistance tra1xbet APK1xbet APKg three times a week for twelve weeks. The immediate post-exercise group consumed one prote1xbet APK/glucose supplement immediately after each exercise rout1xbet APKe, while the 2-hour group consumed one prote1xbet APK/glucose supplement two hours after each exercise rout1xbet APKe. Before and after tra1xbet APK1xbet APKg, muscle mass around the femur was cross-sectionally measured via MRIs of the quadriceps.

Results
